Glenn is a graduate of Elmhurst College, where he earned a degree in business administration. He began his career in real estate in 1978 and has been actively selling real estate ever since. As an owner of Failla Realty, Glenn has been a part of over half a billion dollars in real estate transactions.

Throughout his career, Glenn has served in many leadership roles. In addition to being a past President of the local Real Estate Association, he served as a member of the Realtor Association of Western Suburbs, Merger Council Group, and Professional Standards Committee.
